To nap or not to nap?

This is what happens with no nap. I won't scare you with what is happening until 1030pm when there is a nap...

I know exactly what that fright is....! No nap equals boy to bed at 7 and asleep until 7. Nap equals 2-3 peaceful hours during the day but screaming child until 9 then up at 5am. They need to understand they aren't missing anything!
