Elizabeth has been practicing for this for weeks. Every sense Michaels birthday probably. She lines up her dolls, Elmos, etc, and says "this is a birfday party, this is a birfday party baby." Everyone, including Elmo, has been changed into party dresses. They all get a piece of her play cake. And she sings the whole song, usually to Daddy, sometimes to Michael. But of course we can never get it recorded, can't get Jingle Bells or the ABCs either. We'll try again on Tuesday!
She definitely likes cake, started yelling "I go to Grandmas house, sing Happy Birthday Daddy, sit in Daddy's lap, blow out candles, EAT CAKE!!!" a few minutes from their house. And promptly pulled up a chair solo when we walked in.
