No mango for us. We had SB themed sandwiches - breaded pork tenderloin for Indiana and shrimp po boys for Louisiana, with corresponding little flags. Cute and surprisingly tasty. (Poor Indiana - even being from there I wasn't sure on what a good food for this would be!)
